Hugely depends upon the offset of the wheels chosen. 285's will require some trimming no matter what wheel you choose, and no matter how high the lift, but if your offset is too far negative, it'll be a lot of modification needed, like the body mount pinch weld behind the front tire being chopped.
Is it me or the 4Runners look squatted after putting the lifts on them? I want to purchase the Eibach stage 2r for my 24 SR5 but I wanna avoid that squatted look. I might have to get some cornfed “1/2 spacers to avoid that right?
Yeah, I noticed that too. I think when they try to "level" them, it throws the look off. They're designed to have a little rake, when they're perfectly level they look squatted because of the body lines, I think. Personally, I think 3-in front lift is too much for these, I would stick to no more than 2.5 in the front and 1 in the rear. Throwing a spacer in the back on top of it wouldn't be a bad idea, but like they said you may need a panhard correction kit for the rear as well.
@@trailrunnah8886 Yeah I think ur right. I went with the Eibach stage 2 with 1/2 in cornfed spacers and still see somewhat of a squat. It’s a half inch higher in rear according to my measurements but still looks like it squats. I installed a R/C (Don’t troll me) on my wife’s and hers sits just the way I like.
@@TundraBreaks oh wow, good to know. I actually have that kit in a box waiting to be installed, just haven't gotten the chance yet. I guess I should pick up a spacer to make sure it'll sit even. How much lift did you get out of the front? Also, how do you like it in general? I waited too long to install it, I've watched more suspension videos and now I'm second-guessing my choice.
Thanks for your continued support! Make sure to subscribe so you don’t miss any future content!
That red 4runner setup looks really nice. One day I might come from Midwest and make a trip to you guys. Great video!
Baddest Subaru I’ve seen !!!
Looking forward to seeing the Green GX when it's ready! I'm thinking of doing my nori GX soon.
Wish you guys had a shop in Jersey.
Hello from Russia ✋
Last 4Runner in Underground @ around the 9 minute mark has a negative rake. The front was lifted too high. Looks kinda "off."
Do you guys to alignment ?
you mentioned you adjust the coilovers before you ship them? at what height are they set at on the 4runner?
When will the website be up and running ??
Any rubbing with 285s and eibach setup on the gray 4Runner?
Curious about this too. Just got the eibach set and am trying to pick tires 🫡

What’s the front and rear for 2R lift kit? 2.5/1.5? For 4Runner
Can’t wait to see you guys do a cybertruck 😂
I saw the suspension in person. Not sure if there’s much you can do to them. Maybe accessories and wheels/tires though. 😊
