Yar ap please rest karo. I don’t want to give gyan but otna Jaldi otna kaam karna is a no no please. I went through this and 2 weeks rest to please kijie. Your body was carrying a baby, please take is as seriously as giving birth, by that I mean nutrition for your body. I didn’t eat well, mera us time back pain aaj tak nahi gaya and I can’t stand for long periods. Please please take rest. I know man nahi lagta, but you can watch content, watch some Christmas movies, old movies, please read books and try meditation. Pls have some rest, its really important! Take cinnamon tea, soak 2 cloves in the night in a glass of water and have it empty stomach starting your next period till the 12th day of your cycle. Take a spoonful flaxseed, lots of blueberries and strawberries lots of egg whites. Sleep real well. Lifestyle change will make alot of difference.

Yar ap please rest karo. I don’t want to give gyan but otna Jaldi otna kaam karna is a no no please. I went through this and 2 weeks rest to please kijie. Your body was carrying a baby, please take is as seriously as giving birth, by that I mean nutrition for your body. I didn’t eat well, mera us time back pain aaj tak nahi gaya and I can’t stand for long periods. Please please take rest. I know man nahi lagta, but you can watch content, watch some Christmas movies, old movies, please read books and try meditation. Pls have some rest, its really important! Take cinnamon tea, soak 2 cloves in the night in a glass of water and have it empty stomach starting your next period till the 12th day of your cycle. Take a spoonful flaxseed, lots of blueberries and strawberries lots of egg whites. Sleep real well. Lifestyle change will make alot of difference.
