The allegation is that due to DEI policies and quota, which they have been in place for four years now, they are trying to fill openings with DEI hires. This means that if they are hiring 100 controllers they are waiting until they meet their quota instead of hiring the best 100 candidates that meet or exceed requirements. That’s the reason for most of the staff shortages. Again, if you relax you will see that you are wrong. DEI policies are wrong, morally and ethically. Thank mayor Pete for all this mess.

Open boarders that strain our system and to protect children from the change your gender agenda. I was an old school democrat and couldn’t vote that way. Also, they should have pulled Biden out way before they did. Most Americans saw the decline. Kamala wasn’t the best choice to put in. Her popularity was not good for most. That is why Trump won. Yet, I have worked in high stakes situations and after an event we always do a briefing with those involved because it’s fresh in our minds. As you recall the blame game was also strong with the train crash in East Palestine Ohio. It comes a point we just need to realize what happened and fix it!
