- Lets look at creating a simple Triangle arrangement, a design that is traditional, symmetrical and ideal for Beginners.

Dear Sharon, Thank you so much for your wonderful information floral videos. They have helped me so much. I have found in my Balloon Decor business that. Clients request flowers to go along with balloon 😅designs. I tell them I don't know what I'm doing withflower, they let ask me to try!
I am enjoying using ypur design concepts in designing my Balloon Decor.
I have come to a problem. I have found that you've havent done a video on floral arch. I am trying apply your rules to the arch. It is an arch that is like a half arc. I
Was going to make it wider at the base and get thinner as it goes up. I am unsure of where my focal point flowers should be? Should I put Larger flowers on bottom 1/3 and use smaller flowers going up? Or should I put Larger flowers in middle all the way up arc, but not in a straight line 😊 and smaller flowers on the outside. Do you have arch videos?
This arch is for a wedding, it will be artificial flowers for ceremony and then reception. I have months to practice and get it correct. I am considering size, fit through doors, well built to handle transporting. If it looks good hopefully re-use to rent out in future. So nervous, I dont want to ruin anyones wedding.

Hi Ellen, I don't have an arch on the channel, I tend to keep proper commercial floristry off RUclips as there is so much to learn and can't be taught in a short tutorial. I do online coaching if you want to book a one to one session but my advice would be to look at lots of other arches from different florists, there are so many different styles. Yes you can do larger at the bottom, this is the style I like but you can also spread out the flowers evenly from top to bottom with larger flowers in the centre and smaller to the outside. Don't underestimate how many flowers you will need as arches take a lot of flowers and foliage. Also consider will it be seen from the back and sides, as you may need extra flowers to cover the back.

Fabulous container,I saw on the comments on another video that you might do something about containers, that would be great, also lovely to see your garden, what you grow and why. Not all will be suitable for me as I’m in southern Spain but it will be good for ideas, especially as we are remodelling part of the garden. Fab video, thank you, Sharon. Gorgeous colours and design. I used those freesias a little while ago and they do become more fragrant. Would love a garden tour because you always seem to have something a bit different in your garden. Bit jealous of your charity shop finds again lol 🌸

For beginners, it might be helpful to give a count of how many stems you insert of each flowery & greenery piece& maybe even the height for each section of the triangle. Beginners haven’t yet developed an.eye for symetru & dimension. Thank you from Florida, USA
