I’ve been struggling with a lot lately. This was right on time, and I re-subbed.😢😊 I’m going to put the Bible back on my phone again. I’m still struggling as I type this but He understands, so it’s fine I guess.
God is close to the heartbroken! Cry out to Him , cling to Him even tighter . You'll be amazed by God's love and grace as you do that. May you find peace that only Christ our Lord and Saviour can give 🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏
Lust blinds & breaks even the best of men, yes, even God-fearing men to commit great sins. Example: Adam who took the fruit from a Eve & ate it. Example: David who killed Uriah for Bathsheba -He had many wives & many concubines already. Examples: Historically, there are other secular examples of how LUST & its infernal desires have made men weak at the knees, has made men wickedly mentally-irrational resulting in great destruction Lust, is a sin that although carried off in secret will manifest itself publicly. Pastor Daniel, I appreciate your obvious studied teachings, however, I do not agree with you about the issue of divorce and remarriage. In regard to Bathsheba in the text that you’re studying, where she is called his wife, how can you then explain In Matthew 1 which list the genealogy of Christ whereby Bathsheba is not called the wife of David, but she is called “she who had been the wife of Uriah”? My take on this is that God did not condone this marriage to Bathsheba. You then referenced a situation of a friend or a friend of a friend who had been divorced and remarried when she did not know Christ, and your statement about this is that “it’s a new day “. I believe that God takes divorce and remarriage very seriously, and as men who does not have the mind of God, we have taken this very serious situation and made it what is more palatable for us, and have not really sought God about the this matter. If we’re going to cite the fact that God hates divorce, then what does he have to say about the first divorce? Why does he not hate that divorce? This is the second time that I’ve heard you speak on the issue of divorce and remarriage, and I really think that you need to pray and study this out because the Bible does speak about divorce and the ensuing consequence of adultery in regard to that still married person who has not been released from the first marriage covenant via death. I have seen the issue of remarriage and divorce in the community of faith whereby the line has been repeatedly moved to make the situation easier for those in this situation, and it’s time for The Church to really sit down and address divorce and remarriage. You are a man who studies , your love for the for the Lord is so obvious, and I am so blessed because of this, which is why I study along with your teachings, and I ask that you sit before the Lord about this rather than keep teaching people something that can potentially be of an eternal consequence.

I believe that God knows what's best and even when trouble comes I try and except it and ask for God's will. My thoughts are not your thoughts.
