FANUC America Authorized System Integrator Pearson Packaging Systems’ Robotic Case Erector is a compact, ergonomic solution that uses FANUC’s reliable M-20iB/25 robot to produce consistent production rates of 9 cases per minute.
The system includes a user-friendly HMI that helps simplify system maintenance and operation by enabling users to pre-select cases for random or priority picking. System layout includes a dual-stacked, powered magazine to help minimize the footprint. The robot picks cases based on priority and quantity selections, and flexibly accommodates a variety of case sizes.
Articulated pick-off ensures cases are picked one at a time. The system’s ergonomic design allows the refill of blank magazines without halting production. Opposing vacuum cups support consistent case forming. A synchronous drive system is used to keep cases square during sealing, while an overhead guide stabilizes the cases for an efficient seal.

    Hi Fanuc America !
I have one question about roboguide solfwere I hope you will give some suggestion.
May we make a simulated signal between Roboguide and PLC via Enthernet or CC-Link. I try to find documentation about the interface but I havent found yet. Is it possible for user to connect Roboguide and PLC through enthernet ( not OPC sever ), Im looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a nice day !
