    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup True Elements rolled oats 🌾
    - 1 cup water 💧
    - 1 cup jaggery, grated or chopped 🍯
    - 1 litre full-fat milk 🥛
    - Pinch of saffron strands 🌸
    - 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 🌿
    - 1 tbsp chopped almonds 🌰
    - 1 tbsp chopped cashews 🥜
    - 1 tbsp chopped pistachios 🌿
    Instructions:
    1. Roast the Oats:
    - In a pan, roast 1 cup of True Elements rolled oats on medium heat for 6-7 minutes until golden and aromatic. Stir continuously. Set aside. 🌾🔥
    2. Prepare the Jaggery Syrup:
    - In a pan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup jaggery. Cook on medium heat until jaggery melts completely. Strain to remove impurities. Set aside. 🍯💧🔥
    3. Boil the Milk:
    - In a large pan, bring 1 litre of full-fat milk to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce milk to 70% of its original volume. 🥛🔥
    4. Flavor the Milk:
    - Add saffron strands and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder to the milk. Continue to simmer until milk reduces to 50% of its original volume. 🌸🌿🔥
    5. Combine Ingredients:
    - Add the roasted oats to the reduced milk. Cook on low heat until oats are soft and the mixture thickens (10-15 minutes). Stir in the jaggery syrup. 🌾🍯🥛🔥
    6. Add Nuts and Chill:
    - Mix in the chopped almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Let the kheer cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 🌰🥜🌿❄️
