Hi Amr, maybe you figured out a system that works for you. I've been sampling videos and collecting the ones to sit through and take notes from. People do stress that you do this your way. Some factors are also what is the best method for searching and how can you "link" files that pertain to common elements, like what you noted in your question. If file purging or prioritizing is needed, then that needs to be an element of the file name and also how deep the folder structures are. Keeping file names short is also a key point. And one person brought up considering how you might revisit the files in the future after forgetting your naming conventions. Note to self there, write up how you set things up so if you are back 5 years later, you can figure out your system again. PS: It just occurred to me that if you have friends or colleagues who collect things, ask them how they inventory them. I used to collect comic books and had to develop my system. Another collector created his own database code that could be updated and then printed for his binder he brought into the store...Good luck!
Excellent information! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you, glad you found it helpful!
I have a structure of Themes, Initiatives, Epics, and User stories, and I want to have a coding convention for them. Any ideas?
