China's GDP per Capita income grew from 317 dollars in 1990 to about 14000 dollars in 2022. In 1990 china's per Capita income was even lower than India's per Capita income.
Quality of life is terrible back then but we manage to make so much from very little. Life was also much more simpler and everyone is happy. Now with China opening up to the world and could soon take over it, life would be hard as people began competing for one another. Leaving no mercy for other who are weak and poor 😢
