If he wants it to be something more he will say that and show that.. if u got to question anything it may be that it’s just not what you think.if the actions show different then what he or she says make a decision that is best for you!
I would say there are certain situations where u have to decipher what exactly make it situation-ship… if you’re dating , there’s a looseness and causality that comes with it even though you have been on a date ! I have watched and listened to so many things where it was obvious that intellect and common sense were just not there. And there was so much negativity. Hmmm I kinda disagree with Landon. But maybe because I'm not gonna be lying in bed with a dude while we're in the "talking" phase. That's too fast for me lol but to each their own. "Talking" to me is literally talking. Like texting back and forth, getting to know each other. Maybe some phone calls here and there. But just communicating on a pretty regular basis. Then it becomes a relationship when he asks me to be his girlfriend or we have some general serious talk discussing the status of our relationship. There's no requirement (for me) that the moment he takes me to meet his family then that's when it becomes serious. Yes meeting families is typically a serious thing. But that's not the defining moment for me. Eventually once we establish that we're boyfriend and girlfriend and in an exclusive monogamous relationship, then we can meet families whenever. Like in the next few months or so. Whenever it happens naturally, there's no rush. But if I could tell he's hiding his family or delaying it and we've been dating for a while, then that might be a red flag and we would have to talk about that
I think it's important to be upfront and honest about your intentions. If you want to casually date and aren't serious. That's fine. If you want to date to see if you can potentially spend a future with then. That's fine too. I think it's mainly men who lies to a women to keep her around and used them for sex. So many women waste YEARS, sometimes their PRIME YEARS on a man that won't take the relationship seriously. Just stringing her along and making empty promises. Ladies, it's time to wise up and leave! If you have to give him an ultimatum, then you already lost. Love and respect yourself and just leave.
