A way to update may be good if new battery tech comes along or they come up with software that gives the tester more capability

This version is little overkill for a DIYer. I think the 705 is the sweet spot version for my own personal usage.

can you do video on updating firm ware. i tried extracting nothing work. no idea how to put in tec name

I'll have to see if they even have an update for it. These usually never need to be updated.
