I've been looking for a good call I can learn on. I was pretty excited when I heard it was a good price. I clicked the link and noticed it was double of what was mentioned.
Goose call life hack. When you're starting out. Getting your voice going with the call is changing. Throw in a set of ear plugs. It cuts out some of the call noises and let's you really hear/feel your voice. Once you get to the point that you're not fighting the voice aspect, pull the plugs and fine tune your sounds.
Love the basics! I’ve done mallards in the Arkansas timber and rice fields for 30 years but now I’m trying to learn these geese. Doesn’t matter how long you’re hunted one way, there is always another to learn!
I'm new to goose calling and been struggling with getting a good cluck out of my goose call. Practiced after watching this video and what a difference it made. Thanks for the video! Keep em coming!
Great advice. I apply listening to live birds to help with learning how to call as well. I've turkey hunted for years and when I'm on point I'll have hens walk into my decoys and we'll talk. I can't even begin to say how many gobblers I've taken because it sounds like hens talking to each other. It does indeed take practice practice practice practice. Listen to how real birds talk and then work on mimicking. Great video Bobby!!!
Your vibe and optimism are the ch*t! You always put a smile on my face. Been blowing hot air at geese for over 30 years and still found some gems of advice from this vid. PEEeeace!
BobbyGuyFilms And also my Dux goose and duck calls arrived today about 2 hours after watching the vid (WOOO!!). Can you give a tip on tuning the goose call to get the low moan register? It breaks like a champ, but there is no low end “growl.” As for the duck call, I’m gonna stick with what I already blow...no offense!
Love your video I'm just now learning how to call geese I watched your video and it helped me out a lot still got a long way to go but I will be watching your videos
Oh yeah and a life hack for shortening the time to learn how to use a call, look up snow goose calling, and speck calling get a speck call and snow call and Canada call and learn them in that order then retune your cananda call to snow tune and it will be a whole different instrument in your hands. I learned canada goose first and then specs then snows and just learning the speck call gave me an idea of how different the air presentation was then the snow gave me different reference words that were easy to use and then I applied them on canada calls I tuned for months to get the right sounds out of and it was like blowing a musical instrument it was so easy. So learning the machinics of those calls made my calling way better faster then all the whats this sound like and am I using the air presentation correctly and what notes am I trying to make.
Great freaking video man!!!! Full of juicy info and field proven knowledge that even the most novice hunter could pick up and understand, then take to the field themselves and use! Keep it up man love your videos!
Sounds good to me I just started this late season and still lookin forward to wacking my first honkers thanks man helps a lot!!! Ur awesome Bobby keep going man
@@Chris-ld1zd Different call manufacturers calls run different. I've had great luck with Molt gear's Rush and Lifetime waterfowl's new Go2 call. The Go2 is crazy easy for me to run.
I love the video thank you for posting I needed a little help with the goose calling and I think I got it down now! Keep up with the great videos Bobby! #prostaff
Can you do a video showcasing the dux pro series goose call. Can it produce a lower sound? Looking to get a new call and have been eyeing the pro series
Im in sd and we basically got skipped from the whole thing, i saw a bunch of migrators fly over but only 2 flocks of snows actually stopped. Sucks, early season was great though.
Yo bobby, I've watched this video several times which has allowed me to be decent at the cluck and the cluck/moan. We shoot mainly honkers here in the Illinois River Valley. You demonstrated how to do a cluck by 'looking dumb' and it helped. I think it may be beneficial to myself and others to see you dig into calling honkers. I am horrible at the moan. I want to know what you are doing with your mouth, and how you blow the call to moan and talk light like those honkers do.
Question for you... have you ever used the gopro mounts that screw into the tube of your gun? I know you prefer the head mount, just wondering if you've ever tried that style?
Hey Homey! Back to ask a quick question. I have a Dux goose call, but not finding the low register for a good low, growling moan/grunt. Any call tuning tips for finding that low register?
BobbyGuyFilms Thanks so much for the quick reply! My wife is gonna love the noise tonight!! Goose in CO opens Saturday and there are a TON around and it’s gonna be cold and snowy! I can NOT wait! Thanks, Buddy!!
Bobby I am a beginner duck caller and when I am in the marsh a lot of times I get to much moisture in my calls from using them. How can I help prevent this?
My question is, I have very rarely seen a cakeler goose in the midwest not saying they are not hear just really rare, where they sell cakeler goose calls in almost every store along with Canada goose calls and go figure snow goose calls. Now the biggie is all three calls sound exactly the same however you use different reference words or positions to make different sounds in each call but they all make the same noise. So if you take your snow call and call Canada geese snows and caceler's with it is it bad form or is there an actual reason behind making different calls besides they can sell someone who doesn't know a different call with different reference words and hope they don't figure it out?
Whats the difference in starting low and breaking high vs High then low ive seen some dudes like the video i wached before this start low and break high. Sup?
Somebody stole my hunting bag with my goose call out of the truck can you recommend one that’s under $50 I bought one for 30 I don’t even know the name of it and it worked great!
I loved this call until I tried to take it apart and the inside of the call broke in half. Very cheap material also when I got the call it was not tuned and sounded like crap until I had to tune it myself
GET THE DUX NXT GEN GOOSE CALL HERE- bit.ly/2QCG8la

Your vibe and optimism are the ch*t! You always put a smile on my face. Been blowing hot air at geese for over 30 years and still found some gems of advice from this vid. PEEeeace!
Thank you sooooo much for sharing man! The positive always over powers the negative

How you don't have 100k + subs is beyond me. You truly are the best Bobby!!
This is a great video for all beginners and novice callers. It doesn't matter how funny you think you look your on top of your game brother....
Just the basics will work 99% of the time.
I agree with you Steve Nunz
Dan right
Weird i have not seen a Canada in any of these videos at 20 yards in decoys..... Wouldn't give tips on that
Yeah I like it you need to keep up that kind of calling you're good at it
I’m gonna try this in the morning. I’m in Ontario hunting big geese 🤟😎 My ghost blind is in the truck ready to go
Love your video I'm just now learning how to call geese I watched your video and it helped me out a lot still got a long way to go but I will be watching your videos

Brilliant video👍
Im in sd and we basically got skipped from the whole thing, i saw a bunch of migrators fly over but only 2 flocks of snows actually stopped. Sucks, early season was great though.
This is my second season in Connecticut. What exactly is the difference between honkers, cacklers, and lessers.
I just ordered Bobby!!
OM MY GOD BOBBY IM DONE NO JOKE!!! I see one more Bloomberg add and I won’t be back!!
What about the brand or type of call, double Reed or single reed.. does it really matter the price of the call.. can u get by with a basic call..
Do you have dux duck call video yet?
sweet! nice vid
Question for you... have you ever used the gopro mounts that screw into the tube of your gun? I know you prefer the head mount, just wondering if you've ever tried that style?
I haven’t.. I like to talk before during and after the shot.. that kick of the gun usually messes the gun mounts up quickly
How do you tell that it was the spread that made them flair? How do you know what to change the spread to?
Intuition and trying various things.. you usually don’t correct something right away
How do we get this goose call in camo like the one you are using in this video
Awesome info!
Thanks bro
Could you give me any tips on how to get good footage of hunts like should I use a large sd card or is there another way ?
How do u get the rasp out of it, mine sounds a little high pitched
Is there anyway to still get this call without buying the new model
Hey Homey! Back to ask a quick question. I have a Dux goose call, but not finding the low register for a good low, growling moan/grunt. Any call tuning tips for finding that low register?
Hmmm I always put the holder a hair forward of back mark. There’s 2 lines, put it a hair past the second line
I love. Your. Voidyoos
What is the white one that you have?
Will you be making these calls in any other color then camo?
when is the goose call coming back out?

I loved this call until I tried to take it apart and the inside of the call broke in half. Very cheap material also when I got the call it was not tuned and sounded like crap until I had to tune it myself
👍
Use back pressure are voice (not a growl)
