I am a composer from Norway and I started this channel with a simple vision: to create a place that you can visit in order to chill out & relax. I compose music that can be labeled as for example: sleep music, calm music, yoga music, study music, peaceful music, beautiful music and relaxing music. My anxiety can sometimes get out of hand..but this music is what the doctors should’ve prescribed to everyone with the same issues. The soothing ness is so relaxing. Thank you for your help..
Uh I guess, that it might take away your "anxiety" in some cases....but I don't believe it really "takes" it away because for me..mine won't ever just be gone because of a song..although yes it's relaxing..if you really have anxiety you would know that.
And if you don't have it don't be making it seem like you do because...well yeah I dislike it when people joke about having anxiety or depression..because I have both..

I have extreme anxiety issues when it comes to sleep. I hate sleeping and often fight it. I'm trying to work on doing things in order to help me and came across this on Wednesday night and I listen to it every night. And go right to sleep. Thank you! so much talent!

Your not the only one, for school i would fight sleep so I would skip hours s free time and wouldn't have to go to school, but I just made the school day worse, things like these videos and meditation are great for these kind of struggles
