Stop! I’m blushing!! I think what my dad has seen is people do return to their lives and it’s hard for someone whose life has been derailed to not feel forgotten. Everything has changed for him, his present and future is totally different and it’s ever so hard. X

Gayna I just have to say that I freaking love your hair! It suits you so well. I like your giant crochet shawl too but never would wear one because shawls slide off of my shoulders and annoy me lol the colors are so crazy that they're almost camouflage from a distance. It doesn't look gaudy at all

I’ve just started using the Fussy deodorant… I changed due to being diagnosed with breast cancer , had a mastectomy and lymph nodes removed so anything is quite painful to use at the moment. Apparently, fresh lemons are supposed to be a game changer … i love animals hence why I’ve become vegetarian !!

Take no notice of the negative nellies, they need to learn some respect....love all your crafty bits and bobs, I'm enjoying my hexi patchwork at the moment...hope Teds fingers heal well and quick, when my son was an apprentice chef he woke me up in the wee hours to let me know he had almost cut his thumb off, but was ok cos he had been to the hospital and had micro surgery. Dearest Gayna, so lovely for you to come visit today. Deeply sorry for your family’s loss of your stepmum. I was reminded of when my sister lost her husband to the big C several years ago. They lived on the river and loved traveling together in their later years. She, with their dog Maisie, took John’s ashes and they drove all over the country stopping at rivers along the way to sprinkle some of John in each one. So thinking your dad’s loss of Fiz feels especially sad. I remember my mum turning the collars on my dad’s worn shirts. She also took our worn out bedsheets, cut them down the middle, then sewed the side edges together to make a sturdy new middle. That may not have made them more comfortable, but we did feel extra loved when we used them. xo

Hi Gayna, I have used the Warth Mill yarn to knit my husband a couple of sweaters, one of them being the Bill sweater. I think its Woolyknit company. The mill is based in Oldham. He absolutely loves them but has to wear a shirt underneath as they're a bit prickly. Mostly they are his outer wear , but almost every kind of weatherproof. I don’t even pay attention to the focus or lighting. I know you record mostly on your phone but I don’t even think about it. Why do people focus on such ridiculous things? And, if a daughter is allowed to watch RUclips, she must know about phones and lighting and perhaps they should discuss these things at home and not weigh you down with them. It’s not like you’re pushing potions and plastic surgery. You’re podcasts and vlogs are about kindness, caring , crafts and the ups and downs of life… AND you always point out your little blemishes or when you’ve done something silly. Gayna I just have to say that I freaking love your hair! It suits you so well. I like your giant crochet shawl too but never would wear one because shawls slide off of my shoulders and annoy me lol the colors are so crazy that they're almost camouflage from a distance. It doesn't look gaudy at all

Take no notice of the negative nellies, they need to learn some respect....love all your crafty bits and bobs, I'm enjoying my hexi patchwork at the moment...hope Teds fingers heal well and quick, when my son was an apprentice chef he woke me up in the wee hours to let me know he had almost cut his thumb off, but was ok cos he had been to the hospital and had micro surgery. My stomach lurched when I saw it unwrapped at the Dr's a week later xx

Dearest Gayna, so lovely for you to come visit today. Deeply sorry for your family’s loss of your stepmum. I was reminded of when my sister lost her husband to the big C several years ago. They lived on the river and loved traveling together in their later years. She, with their dog Maisie, took John’s ashes and they drove all over the country stopping at rivers along the way to sprinkle some of John in each one. So thinking your dad’s loss of Fiz feels especially sad.
I remember my mum turning the collars on my dad’s worn shirts. She also took our worn out bedsheets, cut them down the middle, then sewed the side edges together to make a sturdy new middle. That may not have made them more comfortable, but we did feel extra loved when we used them. xo

Hi Gayna, I have used the Warth Mill yarn to knit my husband a couple of sweaters, one of them being the Bill sweater. I think its Woolyknit company. The mill is based in Oldham. He absolutely loves them but has to wear a shirt underneath as they're a bit prickly. Mostly they are his outer wear , but almost every kind of weatherproof. I don’t even pay attention to the focus or lighting. I know you record mostly on your phone but I don’t even think about it. Why do people focus on such ridiculous things? And, if a daughter is allowed to watch RUclips, she must know about phones and lighting and perhaps they should discuss these things at home and not weigh you down with them. It’s not like you’re pushing potions and plastic surgery.
