Listening to their albums: 'These guys are not humans. It can't be...' Seeing them live, running all over the stage changing instruments all the time and keeping with all those killer songs, emotional, softly, folky, progressive, genuine, unique sounds: 'You don't fool me... From which planet you came, folks? C'mon... We know you are not real humans.'
Kinda reminds me of "Blue Condition" by Cream. I know they're technically not Psych Rock and more Prog (although the two ideas seem pretty directly related) but Grateful Dead comes to mind too with a lot of the core couple Giant Albums.
Gary had the perfect opportunity to bust out of his shell and clear some damn ear canals, and with unrelieved brilliance and showmanship,,I mean,,,showpersonship, sorry😌
What kind of times! I was 14! This vinyl created a Magic World!

They're Giants.
@@Plasmariel I would like to say their also quite gentle
😂😂❤🎉
An absolute masterpiece 👏👏👏
Gentle Giant could be pretty heavy when needed as in this amazing track, the guitar is fucking awesome.
Yes! Have you listened to 'Wreck' by gentle giant? From the album 'acquiring the taste', its another surprising hard rock song 🙂
ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE
Are you talking about my penis?
At 4:10 Tony Iommi guitar style! 😮
goes from quiet to this hard hitting mix of saxophones and guitars, and this was in 1972
Maybe the guitarsolo inspired Brian May in his "Brighton rock ? Sounds a little bit similar.
i agree....both great songs too, but this one more...
Hands down my fav
Mais uma obra-prima desta banda incrível!!
IMMENSE is the only word to describe this track
4:59 Sounds like Manuel Gottsching on Inventions for electric guitar
God Damn, the riff in this song is heavy, 1972? This puts anything Black Sabbath did to shame in just how brutal it sounds.
Check out Amon Düül ii and Faust.
@@WocklessGamingforAnimeMoms those bands are great!
You ever heard of Budgie? If not, you should check them out, they did pretty heavy stuff pre-Sabbath.
@@headhazed7479 Are you sure it's pre Sabbath? Blue Cheer's second album is heavy and pre-Sabbath.
shout out to my grandpa for sending me this without context at 20:00
Phil shulman vocals
Brothers Shulman!!!
Onirici !
C’est vrai , le riff guitare est vraiment troublant de force .
Un petit air de ´black dog ´ Led Zeppelin

It reminds me 21’st century schizoid man
Not that the singer is not great, but they just didn't find their Mercury..🙂
