I’m glad it sounds like there’s gonna be a special, because even this happy ending leaves me a bit heartbroken. I haven’t actually seen the last episode yet because I missed the live stream, but I’m always a bit sad when the happy end is saved until the very very end and the last episode is just them both struggling separately or years have passed. 1000 stars broke my heart like that but Our Skyy made me happy (even tho they were bickering through the special). I just want at least a few minutes of them being actually happy together without so much stress 😭😭😭
I'm super glad we got an official happy ending at the end of ep 12 and we don't have to wait for the special to heal our wounds though! But I hope the special will just have lots of cute and snuggly moments of them and Khem and baby haha
i got curious seeing short clips of #BillyBabe so I had to search for their series.... Im watching The Sign...still in EP 3...then came upon your vid. I like getting spoiled....so yeah...this production looks promising CGI and all (a first for Thai BL I believe, kudos to them)...the story line is indeed right up my ally, crime, action and yes...fantasy. This was so beautiful TT It’s hard to believe that it’s already over, but they made such a beautiful drama! They tried something no one else in the thai bl industry tried before and even though it wasn’t completely perfect, it was so special and good!! They packed a ton of content in this drama! I think just a little too many different investigations but other than that it was perfect for me. I really hope this show breaks the mold for the BL world and we will start to get more fantasy dramas!

That's what I'm wondering. Are they only going to be able to see each other on that one day once a blue moon? Because that's what it looks like to me in these videos and that wouldn't really be a happy ending for me - more like a shitty compromise. It reminds me of Will and Elizabeth when he was still tied to the ship and was only able to go on land every ten years until the curse was finally broken in another movie.

Tharn explains that he’s back, that slowmo is letting him return because he understands that Phaya is the one Tharn loves and wants to be with. Not once did he say it was for one day. That’s such an important thing to mention. So if that was the condition they would have said it. But they didn’t. So they are together forever, no one day a year BS! At least that’s my interpretation of it. I never once thought that it was going to be for one day only. But seems like some people are interpreting it differently. Just because of what Yai mentioned. But I feel like if the main characters didn’t state it, at such an important part at the very end of the show, then there’s no timeframe for them being together. So they have a true, long, lasting happy ending. But I guess we’ll find out for sure in the special.

Funnily enough, I refused to watch the 12th episode after seeing the preview. I had such a bad feeling about it. And after being traumatized by “Make our days count”, I refused to watch the episode without being sure there would be a happy ending. And then I got all these shorts that showed a tragic ending and I was devastated. Thankfully, a short popped up, showing Phaya and Tharn reuniting appeared and my sadness finally subsided. Seriously, this series has aged me. 🤣 So thank you very much for putting so much effort and time into build up a video so incredibly quickly that shows their entire story. A plaster for our still bleeding hearts. 🫠

When I heard the cut version was sad I was heartbroken and about to toss my laptop out the window but I was holding on for that “second ending” saint had mentioned and prayed it was a good one. No joke when I ugly cried while Phaya suffered and then happy cried at the reunion 😭 talk about emotional trauma 🙈

But at least you had some information about a “second ending.” I didn't, so I really assumed that maybe they wanted to lure us with a second season (I don't know if I would have lasted that long) or that they love to feed the depression in the winter. Occasionally, I watch a movie with a sad ending (watched Midnight Sun yesterday (was sweet, made me laugh and cry and I guess it still had a positive message, reminded me of A Walk To Remember, and also made me realize why I tend to not watch things like that, but at least both of those movies have bittersweet endings with a positive message and are not only tragic)), but I'm not particularly fond of it and usually avoid them. However, based on the videos I've seen, it seems like they only get to be together on that one particular day when Tharn turns human. If that's the case, then that would feel more like a compromise than a happy ending to me, and it would explain those comments I've seen where people complained that it felt unsatisfying or unfinished or not like a real happy ending. An ending like that would also remind me of Will and Elizabeth when Will was tied to the ship and could only come on land every ten years to be with her and their son. Thankfully that curse was eventually broken.

@@Jatsuki Well, I guess it was also just a bit confusing because of the two different endings. Quite a lot of people weren't even aware, and still aren't, that there is more than one ending. Some left comments that they hated the ending and that it was awful, so I just assumed that they watched the TV version.

It's pretty unique. I don't think another one with all these elements: the mystery and action, and reincarnation tropes, will ever come. There's also great production value and amazing chemistry between the actors. They really caught lighting in a bottle with this one. I wish it would have been appreciated more bcs it's truly extraordinary.

Tharn aka “Babe” like I’m shocked… I was just curious and searched to see what other series or movies he’s done and ..this was his first. After watching this series, I can totally see Billy and Babe getting more and more famous
I hope they get more famous. So far the series and their pairing remains pretty underrated tho. I suppose the market is just too saturated at this point and their series was pretty different from the usual bl series and ambitious. Sth Thai audience is not really used to.

I’m not sure what you would consider exciting then if you thought the ending was bland lol! I was sitting on the edge of my seat, the entire episode. it had a great conclusion with a happy ending reunion, fabulous effects, an actual believable reason for him to be gone for so long, action, the most sensual love scene and an end with them running into each others arms and finishing with a kiss. I’m sorry that didn’t seem enough for you…Not quite sure where your standards lie if this wasn’t enough. Cause…wow🤯

Yes it was just announced the other day. It’s by the same writer as Manner of Death and Triage so I have high hopes because I loved both of them! Manner of Death having been my favorite before The Sign

It's pretty unique. I don't think another one with all these elements: the mystery and action, and reincarnation tropes, will ever come. There's also great production value and amazing chemistry between the actors. They really caught lighting in a bottle with this one. I wish it would have been appreciated more bcs it's truly extraordinary.

Tharn aka “Babe” like I’m shocked… I was just curious and searched to see what other series or movies he’s done and ..this was his first. After watching this series, I can totally see Billy and Babe getting more and more famous
I hope they get more famous. So far the series and their pairing remains pretty underrated tho. I suppose the market is just too saturated at this point and their series was pretty different from the usual bl series and ambitious. Sth Thai audience is not really used to.

Wow is it me or when it got close to the Last part 16:00 the quality hits different the sharpening and other saturation like 4k looks good
That’s probably due to the quality of the video I have access to. All the other episodes are only about 700MB and the last ep was 1.6GB. For some reason there’s not any higher quality video out for this show 😭

I’m not sure what you would consider exciting then if you thought the ending was bland lol! I was sitting on the edge of my seat, the entire episode. it had a great conclusion with a happy ending reunion, fabulous effects, an actual believable reason for him to be gone for so long, action, the most sensual love scene and an end with them running into each others arms and finishing with a kiss. I’m sorry that didn’t seem enough for you…Not quite sure where your standards lie if this wasn’t enough. Cause…wow🤯
