Lockwood & Co. AMSR Ambience || Rain + Talking (Looped)

Hey, my name's Mylo! Thank you so much for stopping by! I’m pretty new to this whole ambiance thing, so constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. I also take requests, so if you want a specific character, just tell me and the comments and I’ll try to get around to it! (A general story idea would also be very helpful, but not necessary). Enjoy!
Story:

"When we get up there, we need to be on our absolute best. Totally professional. So I'll do the talking." Lockwood says as the elevator continues up, towards Sir John Fairfax's office.
"| saw Sir John Fairfax once. He donated my schools iron defenses and gave a speech in assembly and everything. Ms. Kingston got her hair done special." George rambles on.
"Yes George, that is exactly the sort of thing I don't want you saying." Lockwood retorts.
You and Lucy simply watch the two bicker until the elevator rings and the four of you exit and begin to make your way to Fairfax's office.
Lockwood opens the door and you all step inside the office. There's no one else there until a few seconds later when a man with grey hair and a beard steps out. That man just so happens to be Sir John Fairfax.
"Look, we might be a new outfit and a little unorthodox, but one day, this will be one of the most successful agencies in London." Lockwood says, noticing Fairfax's look of skepticism.
Fairfax goes on to explain the reason he's called for Lockwood & Co. specifically with minimal detail.
"So... you're telling me, you think there is an unidentified type two, in an unmarked grave, and you want us to come help you dig it up... at night?" Lockwood clarifies.
Fairfax gives a simple nod in response.
"Sounds... irresistible." Lockwood replies with a small smirk creeping onto his face.
As the four of you are leaving the building, a small argument breaks out within the group. You were slightly upset that Lockwood accepted the case without really knowing what you were getting into.
Lockwood doesn't hesitate to defend his decision,
"why can't we change the rules?"
"We're Lockwood & Co. You, me, Lucy, and George."
"What I mean is that we're gonna do this. Both of us."

Hours later, the four of you arrive at the cemetery where you all decide to investigate the office building, which holds all of the records for almost every person that had ever been buried there.
"Let's draw our swords and kick in the doors. Like we're cool and really know what we're doing." Lockwood said, not really being sarcastic, but not being 100% serious either.
When you finally get into the building, you tell Lucy, George, and Lockwood that you'll handle the records and that they should go investigate the rest of the grounds. They're hesitant, but finally agree.
As you're looking around, something goes wrong. A spirit of some sorts seems to be messing with you, and it doesn't appear to be a very friendly spirit...

You could do something like "Anthony Lockwood comforts you" and then he is falling asleep next to us (like sounds of breathing). I would love that and I love this video. It helps me to fall asleep almost every night, especially while feeling lonely.
