You just equipped it after you start your match as long as you have your gun max level. You need to seed if for you to do it you need to get your Gun to level 12 or 22 before applying it and get the kills
This does need to be a pack-a-punch, but to get this Easy just get your 🔫 pack punch and then Get a contract like Eliminate a bounty then you guarantee will get a rarity tool Exfil with this to start a fresh Game, or just do your 250 kills with this.
