About the event: The Sinister Feast is a black metal festival in Austria dedicated to the genres of atmospheric, suicide depressive and melancholic. It is celebrated in the dark walls of the old slaughterhouse in Wels.

Did it sound THIS good live? It's unbelievable. That snare is perfect among everything else.
I'm not sure. From the stage our perception is quite different because of the in-ears, monitors, etc.
But the first thing one of the guys from Imperium Dekadenz told us after the concert was "the snare sounded like an axe!".

"I Am the Bitter Taste of Gall" is hauntingly beautiful! Saw them at Cosmic Void - London - last week... it was an amazing show.
This really was a once in a lifetime experience. I have never seen a venue so utterly enchanted by what was going on on stage! An unforgettable show!
I was there. It was one of, if not THE greatest concerts I ever witnessed.

My anxiety is so high, I don't even think about going to concerts. But Thy Light.... would pbly change that.
I feel the same way as you guys. I lost my love for concerts these days but I would love to see thy light when they come to the US. I love their music, it really just gets to you hard, with the flurry of emotions.

Compor sentimentos tão profundos como estes, e externar pro mundo, não são aceitos por muitos, sabemos já. Mas os que sentem ou já sentiram sabem a importância de serem compreendidos em composições como essas...
"I Am the Bitter Taste of Gall" e "In My Last Mourning..." retratam um pouco do que vivi desde os meus 11 anos de idade, até ano passado. Hoje em dia tenho 28 anos e enxergo a vida um pouco mais colorida, além do preto e branco.
"Só me bastava aquela luz no fim túnel.
Quase me afundei no oceano da angústia...
Tamanha era o desespero.
Onde o sofrimento e a dor se habitavam..."
Tirei esse trecho de um pequeno texto que escrevi na madrugada de ontem. Antes, acreditava que não teria mais solução pra mim, por passar tantos anos na situação em que eu estava. Quando finalmente olhei pra dentro de mim e vi que os dias melhores dependiam apenas de mim, comecei a questionar cada sentimento que me impulsionava a fazer o oposto do que eu não queria... Somos nós que devemos dominar nossos pensamentos, para que ele não nos destrua. Não precisamos fazer isso sozinhos, mas a decisão de mudar, só depende de nós.
Me identifico 100 % com o que vc escreveu.
Paolo e Alex, vocês não sabem a felicidade que esse ao vivo trouxe pra gente que acompanha vocês desde o início. O sonho virou realidade e esperamos vocês ao vivo aqui na terrinha, que tem tanto orgulho do que vocês se tornaram na cena global. Parabéns!

I found this band few months ago. Really great. Especially I liked one moment 1:01:16. DIE!!! - Happy end (drummer shoots). Flesh and souls separate and the journey in unconscious begins. Awaited nirvana. The secret of life.
I am looking forward to their show in Kuurne, Belgium, at the end of May 2023! If they play half as well as in Austria, I will be a very happy fan!
Got chills watching this. Fucking beautiful and dark. Nothing can beat those emotions that come from this music. And the natural reverb sound from the snare is amazing. Perfect sound. Wish I could have been there.

I started with Shape of Despair when I started getting into metal and Thy Light (alongside Satyricon) was one of the first Black Metal bands I came across many years ago. I wasnt into Black Metal much at the time, but something about Suici De Pression resonated with me. To this day, I view them as my gateway into Hell. Cheers to you, Thy Light!🤘🏻
