I once used agrar for the extra 4, but some of my opponents like to empty the prison leaving agrar losing her shield

True in the early game she can be easily countered, but after your g4 turn not many decks can completely clear the prison anymore. Having a Muna on the field also deters your opponents from emptying the prison to prevent you from drawing. But overall Agra is very interchangeable with other prison cards😁

When going first, can you rest the gr 1 vanguard to set the prison

Of course you can, but personally I find that Penetrate is a lot easier to use. You can adapt the deck to your own playstyle of course 😁

Deck feels far too all or nothing, I feel like prison can play a much more grindy game. Most players try to empty their soul and field but that lets you play the grind game. But when playing your version its not possible to grind it out when you dont have enough cards in prison.

I think a grinding playstyle is definitely possible by adding cards like Perio and Tazer but in general this is not really a playstyle I enjoy
As for my build, it’s literally built on an all or nothing mentality, opponents either have to get in the same speed or play defensively till they catch up
And usually my prison count is almost always where I want it to be except specific matchups
Grinding is possible if with my deck by damage denying if necessary
