Man, Scan makes it look so easy.. it's insane how good he is.
Scan is so smooth with his macro; no supply block just constant production.

Every "talent" or skill I have that other people are amazed by are from the at least 5 minutes a day mantra. It's a lot easier to make yourself start do something for 5 minutes than an hour and quite often you'll trick yourself into doing more than 5 mins after having started. But it's the doing it every day part that's key to truly mastering something, I don't think anyone alive has a good enough brain to master something, stop it for a period of time and then resume with the same meta thinking system and musclememory patterns.

This would freaking piss me off if I was some A-rank protoss guy (which I was at one point in time) and I'm thinking I'm going up against artosis and all I have to do is harass him long enough until he runs out of minerals because he's not going to take a third base until 22 minutes into the game but oh it turns out I'm playing a top 10 Terran player of all time. I would be freaking out saying to myself how is artosis all of a sudden so damn good at Starcraft?
Oh but when arty gets wtfpwnd by smurfs he almost.cries every time .!! 🤣

@@johndoe-ki9ub well, I was half joking but it's more than 1 game. Arty is notorious for being slow to take a 3rd.
@@iamthem.a.n.middleagednerd1053 TvZ i dont know bio realy but it seems he is 2base for a good time.TvP on the otherhand thats not true at all.He takes 3rd as fast as he can.Its almost impossible to attack a protoss that played standard so you go for 3rd.If there is anything nororious is the fact that he cant take a 3rd because it take so much skill and game sense to know when u can.Even scan took 17minutes one game on eclipse to take 3rd.

I’ve watched only a few artosis games and only 1 of scan playing (this game) and jfc… this dude is terrifying.
He explanded fast, knew almost everything this guy was going to do, scouted almost the whole map, was on top of production quite literally the whole match while simultaneously putting pressure in 2 different areas.
Evem though he built the comsats late they came in clutch every time he needed them and it didn’t even take him a second to scan where he needed it.
And the vultures omg… i used to think they weren’t that great of a unit but i clearly did not utilize them to the nightmare he made them to be.
He practically spider mined the whole battlefield. DTs, zealots, goons… nothing stood a chance. He didn’t even need those goliaths.
This guy was probably going to try an arbiter recall in his base but how could he? Scan was in control the whole game.
Even watching the guy doing a last minute hail mary recall during one of the skirmishes was painful to watch. He could’ve won that interaction and it wouldn’t have even mattered.
Scan had so many factories and units in his home base already on their way it was ridiculous.
Wish i was that good back in the day when i used to play.
Would like to see him use ghosts and science vessels.

Scan was in control that whole game.. toss gambled and was lucky to not get his bottom right base ID’d until 50-60% thru the game.. he should’ve been able to farm out a quick reaver drop

Artosis will complain about people Smurfing on the Ladder and literally have Scan play on his account
Some people play literally hundreds of games on their smurf, while scan will only play a dozen total or something. There are many individuals who just continuously make smurf accounts rather than progress in their own league. Those people are the problem.

Scan's joke about auto-macro RTS mobile games make me wonder why there isn't a good mobile RTS yet.
Scan is very good and a very nice dude, but not in the top ten terrans of all time, like someone said on comments. Not by chance.
not just sure why scan says protoss has no 3rd just because he scouted 3 oclock the place were it should be normally in such positions.
Protoss can expand almost anywere for free.He could have done it at 7clock main if he wanted.I mean a pylon and probe was there but it could just be to make a pylon to have vision in case dropship or just mind game.Not sure what the protoss was doing.Even if it was scan its not normal for a protoss to have no engagements and terran just getting to ur 2nd nexus exit pretty much for free.

Hearing Artosis talk shit about WC3 as an rts, when he loves the steaming pile of shit that is StarCraft one is absolutely hilarious. WC3 is such a more intricate and I depth game that comes down to so much more than pure apm unlike sc.

the only thing that matters to him is how hard it is to do mechanically, thats all he cares and knows about
he even explained thats his reason for picking terran
thats why he talks about the food mechanic as if it only exists to punish mechanical skill and speed, completely ignoring that wc3 is not starcraft and that it plays a major part in the decision making process of the game, making it much more interesting than a brainless race to who can max out faster
@@hallo-mt5tx EXACTLY, in his description, he basically talks about upkeep as the worst thing ever and it sounds like he is genuinely complimenting the simplicity of StarCraft in how it comes down to, how fast can you get 200/200. But yes, I have watched Artosis on numerous occasions praise StarCraft for being a "mechanical" game. By which all he means is that the game is so outdated that braindead things like having to manually send every single worker to mine because every single modern game realizes that should not require an extra action, but to Arty this is a "feature"
