I was at THIS concert....it was real Neil to fill in for Edward Vedder because he was ill....99% of the crowd wasn't into what was happening. It ended up being a super rare performance....who knew???
Mirror Ball gets overlooked by many when they talk about quality Neil albums or great 90s Rock records in general, but I love it. PJ worked great as a backup band in tradition of Crazy Horse. And Jack Irons sits so perfectly in the mix.
