As a rule, being a Corporate Trainer in the area of Behavioural Science before undertaking any Training intervention, I visit the Client's plants. Brilliant Printers when I visited I had a "Wow" experience since it is one of the best processing plants I ever visited in all aspects of production activity. More than that what impressed me most is the fact that "Hard work with good intentions pays" is proved. One man's initiative of 1970 with God's grace could grow and protect four hundred families directly and thousands of families indirectly today. What a positive contribution to the Society.
