Yes smaller bikes are easier to handle, but form me the KTM does it all. This particular day we had serious mileage to cover and we also had some gnarly terrain to negotiate. It does both very well.
When are you returning to the Northern Cape? I remember I started following you after your Namaqua eco trail trip. Some seriously impressive landscape.
See Mark’s post above… Very noticeable. On slow tech stuff, I can see speed difference clearly as I constantly catch up to Mark as I have to maintain speed to keep going. His 16/45 does much better.
Amazing video ❤️❤️thank you ,from Coral Springs FL USA .
Thank for watching as always
Good looking ride although that mud looked a bit treacherous at times, thks.
It was! Thanks for following as always
I had an Africa Twin but it was too heavy to handle. I now ride a XR650L and CRF300L Rally. Much easier to handle in tricky spots.

We are in planning stages for a trip somewhere in September
Amazing riding boy's, just curious were you running 16/42 before and if so how big a difference have you noticed from your current gearing.
I am running 16/45 and Noneking is running 17/ 45
