He is the head of the cat bureau, helping protagonist, Haru, escape from the Cat Kingdom and return to her normal life.
Baron is gentlemanly and composed, which is why he ranks highly among Ghibli's male characters~
P.S. The prototype is based on the Cat Baron from the 《Whisper of the Heart》.
The big fat cat aiding the protagonist is also based on a prototype from 《Whisper of the Heart》.
