I always love MB wheel designs
Big sedans just don't do it for most people. If you have the means, you can stack a C Class w so many options it won't drive look or feel like an entry level car.
Nica car, but those big screens spoil it for me. Why do all new cars have to turn into smartphones? 😲
Mercedes has done an amazing job with this new generation of C-class. I mean its almost like like having an S-class is extra. The styling is absolutely gorgeous one of my favorites in the class. The tailight right off the s-class. The driver and passenger area a spitting image. Mercedes does say the best or nothing i think Mercedes takes the 1st place podium with this one. And with a 52k price, bmw nor audi could touch what Mercedes’ offers.
What’s a BMW ?
There will never be a C class as good as the W204
I love my c class after the infotainments change it was the right choice I love the s class and can afford one but it’s way to long for the downtown md center
I might pick the C-Class over the bigger S-class but which one comes with more luxury features that basically the same set but the C-Class is just an affordable version of the next class so in my choice I would have picking the C Class

Funny because in Belgium we have the C300E whis is a Plugin Hybrid car. I am actually waiting on delivery of mine in coming weeks.
Warning to anyone considering this car: I have had it for 7 months and it has the absolute worst brake pedal feel of any car I have ever driven. Had I spent a day with this car instead of a fifteen minute test drive, I never would have leased it. A total deal breaker. How MB engineered this is simply hard for me to believe. Read and listen to so many reviews that mention this problem.
Agreeing with this. I don’t usually leave comments but I second this 100%. I’ve had my C class since May 2022…there are too many glitches and issues. Additionally, the sam module on the car easily catches on fire…even if you do something as normal as getting your windows tinted. There is a recall but to spend this amount on a vehicle and have so many issues is unacceptable. I cannot recommend it. I am in the process of getting another vehicle and selling this one. It looks awesome inside, but beware of the quirks.
I definitely agree! I thought the jerky pedal is a problem and went to the service center they told me all is fine. Also, one month in, my car has been making brake squeaky sounds and even after visiting the service center more than 5 times it hasn’t been resolved.
May I ask have you experienced any noises like squeaky sounds as you press the brake pedal as you slow down to a stop?
I didn't experience any squeaking issues,but the other issues that I had were more than enough. I ended up getting rid of it. This was my first Mercedes and it wasn't a good experience. I ended up replacing it with a BMW convertible ... That has been a perfect experience, thus far, the last 2 months.

It might be the most handsome, best looking C ever but the all 4-cylinder engine lineup is a no go. A shame as this car with the I6 would be perfect.

In terms of design and execution, I think the W206 C-Class definitely is a step up. I love the somewhat lower/flatter and wider proportions. You can really see it on red or their darker colors over the white. They successfully removed some of the bulbous and upright elements of the prior gen.
As for the interior, It's a mixed bag for me, as it is on the new W223 S-Class. While some elements like improved seat design, increased comfort via enlarged dimensions, and overall freshness needed over the W205 are welcomed, some things just really irk me. Maybe because we own a 2017 S63 and the car is amazing, so I'm biased. But I don't understand some of the haphazard self-inflicted wounds MB has done. Why the dumb pressure-sensitive controls? The increased complication to climate controls? The moving of all controls to the screen? The elements of lower-grade plastics(i.e. hard touch plastics on door bottoms where it was once soft-touch)? No heated rear seats on the supposed leader of luxury? And for the love of God, PLEASE stop with the piano black plastic! Sure it adds some visual interest to interiors initially, but it allows automakers to cheap out on higher grade materials AND it will age horribly due to scuffs/scratches/fingerprints.
The car is an overall improvement, especially in base form, but it is easy to tell that MB us reserving a lot of its R&D budget for their full electrification of their automobiles.

Unlike several RUclipsrs, I like the fact that you talk about the transmission - the quality of shift changes, number of gears, etc... I would also like to know on car reviews if it is the Manufacturer's made transmission or one shared by many that have the ZF transmission. I believe Mercedes build their own transmissions. Thanks!!

Guess everyone likes metal speaker grills, would think Mercedes Benz would only choose to have metal speaker grills.
Its a glaring oversight for MB to not have it on this car when the 2015-22 started the trend in the class.
That’s because unlike the reviewer said, this is not the upgraded sound system. It’s the base sound package.
Because of the chip shortage Mercedes is not installing burmester on C Class at this moment, not even on the pinnacle trim.
I purchased my 22 C300 Pinnacle in August It’s equipped with the Burmester system. They omitted the nice metal grills, it’s got ugly plastic.
@@robvance4414 sorry to tell you that, but it’s not the upgraded burmester. Yours has the logo, but it lacks the extra speakers (burmester has 15), 3d surround and a lot of bass.
@@cencio_1976 Thanks for the info as disappointing as it is. A credit was given for the lack of the hands free trunk feature but I wasn’t informed about the audio system delete.

I think this design language suits the C-class a lot more than the S-class. I still prefer the previous generation S-class to the current one.
