I'm Fan and the indie dev of Stray Path. Thank you so much for your support❤I plan to update the Demo again at the end of March, and adding some new contents, like new levels & monsters and possibly some external rewards.
Tried the demo myself.
Oh boy I love when 3 healers spawn in on a level and softlock the game.
Aside from those healers needing a major nerf, fun game!
It seems there's no potential benefit to killing once all the bottom row cards are revealed, other than a TINY amount of gold. Nothing left to find afterall
something to note (though it is just a demo bugs to be expected) the original attributes icons(or numbers) are mixed up. sword is showing health amount shield is showing attack and clover is showing defence.
Loving the look of this game. Hope to see it again when it gets released

Yea I like rogue likes that you can beat it on skill and knowledge vs just dumping money on stats after each run. I love enter the gungeon where you unlock new guns as meta progression.
Reto, what about horizontal progression? Like for example, new items being added to the pool of items to draft from etc.?
10/10 love it if not overdone. I've talked about it so much I condense my thoughts, but yes when I say metaprogress I am strictly talking about "you can't win until you play 10 hours, then winning becomes trivial"

At first, I forgot about Enter the Gungeon so I googled "etg game" and got really curious about how this "Equestrian the Game" did metaprogression hahaha @@hephestusbh1803
@@Retromation Ok so you mean Vertical Progression (Health/damage increase/new abilities when you start your next run etc.)

I see nothing wrong with the name "rogue catty"
or "Catty rogue"
Seems like max hp is the only stat you should take from altars considering you start with 8 hp and enemies start doing 3-4 piercing very soon which is just stupid. Looks cool but very shit balance
if you watch the second run, you can immediately tell that this isn't necessarily true, it was a much stronger run and I never took HP from the altar. Max HP was the only thing that I should take on the altar _with the items I had in the first run,_ which is fine.
Tell me once more how you are not a furry it's good for a chuckle....
