Nice video! Two questions: 1) Why would one want to exclude CNAs that overlap specific regions? Improve computational speed? 2) What would be the justification for setting the % exclusion zone overlap? E.g. why would I set overlap threshold to 50% and not 75%? Thanks!

Hello can you explain why the copy number values are seen as 2,3,9,51 like this and not like 0,1,and 2 while downloading the data from tcga
