The 2023 Olive Harvest in our Tuscan garden

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, we have hand-picked the olives in our orchard with friends from across the world. We pressed them at the local farmer's mill to get our own Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil. It's such a simple luxury to have something so delicious to use in everyday cooking and share it with our guests.
