And of course we need to read our granth because Sanatan Granth is something from where the whole world is created from where everything has been came the treasure of knowledge. and when it comes to schools I think at least they should teach Sanskrit in every school it should be compulsory.
Outside of India these Western countries are teaching Sanskrit In their schools there are big big University in Western countries where they teach Sanskrit only these westerners no how much Sanskrit is important then why not we Indians.
To understand the Granth even more deeply you need Sanskrit.

I came across the word "Twin Stars"
Twin stars are 2 stars "pollux" and "castors" remain together forever and revolves around each other like Husband and Wife.
Now coming to the point. In Hindu Marriage there is activity that panditji shows the sky and try to show Arundhati Vashisht stars, these are nothing but Twin stars, Panditji gives blessing and teaching to new married couple to not to separate and be like united like Arudhati and Vashishth.
Now the big surprise is how did ancient Vrishi and Tapasvi without telescopes discovered that this is not 1 star but 2 stars situated lakhs of km away from earth.

All religions are not the same. Of course there are some similarities but there are drastic differences as well. The definition of God itself is different in abrahamic faiths( Christianity, Islam, Judaism) compared to that in dharmic ones( Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism).
