There is no polarity to the terminals on the Soundbomb Mini, the leads can connected in either orientation!! The small instruction manual says.

You could have taken the horn from BMW 5 series. It fits perfectly without major work and the sound is great

Cable tie some nylon stocking over the mouth, stops ingress of dirt,bugs n water 👍
