Yeah I was thinking that. Maybe it’s chaotic but come on! Luffy, Zoro, BLACKBEARD! And then Kid, Pica, and Caesar would be useful in battle too. Only Corozon and Deckon would be worthless. In a battle this crew would be pretty damn strong.

Luffy, zoro and Caesar clown are terrifyingly strong. Zoro has incredible proficiency with haki and swordsmanship, luffy has incredible haki and devil fruit power and Caesar clown has one of the most broken devil fruits in history. And Blackbeard and kid both have powerful abilities.

Luffy is actually an ok cook . He cooked his own food(meat) during amazon lily. The purple food thing happened when he was unfocused

Reason: he's old, and has terminal cancer. Even if he didn't die in Marineford, he would've died soon anyway due to age and disease.

Caesar Clown as the doctor is way too good, because when he tried to actually help he made Chopper his deer methamphetamine and cured Zou in a moment

let's be real, Kidd charging into action would NOT be a problem with this strong of a crew. Buggy is a much better option if he avoids opponents because then their strength gets wasted

doctor: magellan, he would poison anyone he tried to save
musician: laboon, his songs would burst everyone's eardrums
captain: shirahoshi, she is a coward and would crumble under pressure
vice captain: usopp, usopp has always actively tried to usurp luffy as captain and do the same to shirahoshi
navigator: zoro, duh
cook: luffy, this is also valid
shipwright: sanjuan wolf, his size would make precise movements impossible and he'd end up destroying the ship even more
The worst pet for the crew is Lassoo, because he spits bombs when he sneezes.
