    Great tip using the jack stand. It made my install a lot easier. I don't own an impact drill, but my regular drill worked, it just took a little longer. I also used a center punch to get things started. Thanks for the video.

    Did you say the self tapping screws came with the box? How are those screws holding up with the vibration of travel? I guess a bolt and nut combo was not feasible?

      Yes it came with its own self tapping screws... They have done fine, over 6000miles and no problems... My camper frame is boxxed style so a nut and bolt won't work.

      I forgot to ask. I won’t be able to drill mine into support in the middle.
      Without a middle brace, will it hang down in the middle?

      I'm not using the middle support and everything is good. I also did not have any place to screw in the middle support. You should be good to go

      How far did you extend yours approx ? If it’s a 93” tube fully extended, how much do you think you used?

      Mine is extended to 68"
