Hi Ian - yes sure - i’ll pop over there & have a look. Theres siam water park not far from there & a smaller park called Aqualand further up in Adeje. I’ll try do a little walk around there no probs!

Not sure about the name Vinnie - I’ve always known it as Corner Bar. Think you might be correct about the ownership - i think all the other bars are privately owned.

More bars need to move away from Karaoke!!!
Possibly - but then again the busiest bars at night here are the ones that have karaoke. Same in my home town in UK. 🤷
