Nice house, but 550,000 is too much. MB was really small. Hope prices fall soon.
For the area it’s a great price, that immediate neighborhood ranges from 500k-650k.
I don’t see prices coming down in our area anytime soon. Unfortunately, it’s pricing out some of our locals 😔
