      High feed end mills don't really need that much power, however you really need machine with high feedrate and acceleration to utilize their full potential.

      It's a roughing tool. Surface finish doesn't matter.

    I have EXLS02M010C10.0LH20R02 WITH MJ insets, right now i m working on s
    feed/tooth=0.5
    spindle speed 3800
    feed rate 3800.
    depth cut=0.2mm
    material Mild steel
    can I run my tools this fast as shown in video?
    i need strong guidance, as i am feeling under confidence.

      Processing can be done under higher conditions.
      Spindle speed 5500, feed/tooth 0.8, depth of cut 0.3

      特に推奨はなく、基本的には皆様がご使用のチャックで問題ございませんが、
      小径工具ですので、大きいチャックですとコレットなどが必要になる事もございます。

    love your Videos and love your tools although my shop isn't allowed to buy your tools since we have a fixed list of suppliers but one thing that really bothers me is that you run other "competitor" tools wayyyy too slow and don't push them like you push yours so they naturally wont be as good as your tools. If you compared them or even pushed both until failure it would make your videos much more informative and give new people reason to believe in your tools

    この手の加工動画に使用している機械のスペックを示してほしいです。
    BT30とBT50だと加工条件に差が出ると思います。
    工具突き出し長さ(希望は主軸端面からの距離)もあればもっと助かります。

      It's not even hard steel or something! Unless they were demonstrating high overhang cutting data for the solid end mill, like you said any end mill would just smoke it. Even on a horsepower limited VMC (11kW spindle) I have run cuts of 20mm deep, 8 mm wide at 165m/min (it was near maximum horsepower already) and 0.075mm/z with a 12mm 4F end mill enough times.
