High feed end mills don't really need that much power, however you really need machine with high feedrate and acceleration to utilize their full potential.
I have EXLS02M010C10.0LH20R02 WITH MJ insets, right now i m working on s feed/tooth=0.5 spindle speed 3800 feed rate 3800. depth cut=0.2mm material Mild steel can I run my tools this fast as shown in video? i need strong guidance, as i am feeling under confidence.

love your Videos and love your tools although my shop isn't allowed to buy your tools since we have a fixed list of suppliers but one thing that really bothers me is that you run other "competitor" tools wayyyy too slow and don't push them like you push yours so they naturally wont be as good as your tools. If you compared them or even pushed both until failure it would make your videos much more informative and give new people reason to believe in your tools
@@TungaloyCorporation surely he's being clear, he's saying that you're deliberately running your competitors tool at an unreasonably slow speed to create an unfair comparison
Wtf just watched?lol Solid endmill and your stuff?! A regular - dunno Holex, anything - can go harder than you guys are add to… Its just not how should be make a competition
It's not even hard steel or something! Unless they were demonstrating high overhang cutting data for the solid end mill, like you said any end mill would just smoke it. Even on a horsepower limited VMC (11kW spindle) I have run cuts of 20mm deep, 8 mm wide at 165m/min (it was near maximum horsepower already) and 0.075mm/z with a 12mm 4F end mill enough times.
Best inserts ever used..! ☺️
Thank you so much for your very kind words!
Does this tool require higher Spindle horsepower?

I'd like to see the surface finish better

and what percentage of engagement do I use in general. For say, maintaining outer dimension of plate.

why chatter ?
This is not a chattering surface, but a machining surface unique to high-feed machining!
what was the RPM!!
Sorry, We didn't even record the RPM,
We will record it next time.

칭찬의 말씀에 감사드립니다!
그렇게 말해 주시면 매우 기쁩니다!
More wideo witch this end mill 🥰🤩
Every Tungaloy video runs the "competitor" at a snail pace. Really disappointing because their products are decent. Just be honest guys.

Everything is good until those tiny screws fly off uncertainly during cuts. Not good for process security
