Sterilised twice a year?, when I was in this industry, it was done every time the bed was cleared, and what about blackouts in summer to create correct levels of day length to initiate flower buds?

Mabb Shawn greenhouses are a great job! only in the hot summer weeks its a bit to crazy.
its almost always stable good work weeks, great teams, close to home and normal pay.
