@@nushikitchen I have been eating Japanese Food since I as 10 years old in Gifu Japan, My Father was in the USAF and he stayed in Japan for a Total of 16 years I lived in Japan for the same, 16 Years, Gifu, Tokyo, then Tokyo., 16 years to. So Yes I do Love Everything about Japan and Japanese Food! I now Live in Germany where it is not easy to get all Japanese Food ingredients so we are learning to make many things on our own, pickled Ginger for Yakisoba etc. Its fun and once we started doing this it is not that difficult, just try and try, at least I know what things should taste like. Your program is very well done, your Photography style is very well done, and I do like at the end of each show we get to listen to your conversation as you eat! It makes us feel at home! Take care. Domo arigato gozaimasu sumimasen. My Heart is still in Gifu where I grew up at a critical time in my life!

特にびっくり(・・;)したのはジャガイモに塩辛!?試してみますね。
想像して生唾ゴックン(笑)。だって塩辛大好きだもん。
馬鈴薯を薄く切りButterで炒め、塩胡椒。よくする私のジャガイモ料理(笑)。これに塩胡椒を極少にして塩辛をバッチグー♡バターと塩辛合いそう??
