9:29 I agree. I think for several years now they've struggled with SA animations looking fluid (and just good in general). I don't think these are the best SAs ever but definitely a lot better than we've had recently.

I doubt he will be, he was released after the 9th anniversary and those won't be back until the 10th anniversary. So he'll either return on 10th anniversary or shortly after that

The end attack of Bardock looks exactly like the 12 ki of lr phy ssj3 goku and ssj2 vegeta
