The fact that Rojas mentioned Dave Roberts first when he talked about leadership shows that he understands there is a respectful hierarchy. I know it’s a different sport but when Steve Nash was hired to be coach of the Brooklyn Nets, Kyrie Irving was asked who the coach was, he responded, “I don't really see us having a head coach. You know what I mean? [Kevin Durant] could be a head coach. I could be a head coach." The Nets were doomed from there.
The Dodgers have a hierarchy of leadership roles outside of Doc. Now they need fresh, rested arms to get through the rest of Summer.
DMAC called out my comment last week, "Miguel Rojas will make a fine manager after he retires as a player". Count on it!
Bring back TeOcar Hernandez and extend Miggy Rojas.

@@JRcalifornia Nope, not really. His defense is good, he's been a .270+ avg before, he's been among the top of Dodgers with RISP. He only needs time to fully recover from his injury.
@@JRcalifornia- No. He has options remaining. Once he has at least 3 years of Major League service time, he can reject an assignment if he has been optioned before during that season. After 5 years of Major League service time, he can reject any assignment and choose FA.

Keep Lux another year (but let him go work in OKC), get Randy, extend Teo for at least 3 yrs, try to get Skubal, if not then Crochet and if not Flaherty so in the offseason you can give it a shot to Fried (or another high end lefty starter), hold on to Rojas.
Lux maybe part of trade deals for some pitching & Outfield help.

I think Mookie should play second base, and then gradually ease into SS. There he can ease into the position and eventually convert into SS.

Wait: Muncy is coming back, he is a 30 homer guy. Pages is a hitter. Rojas is a .280 hitter, been good all year. I believe we could use another bat in the outfield. Bring on Arozarena! We also need two pitchers, starters, (or one starter, one reliever).
Not to mention that Smith is one of the best hitters in baseball.
