I used 68 pieces of white poly burlap which took a whole two rolls for this wreath.

Carrot wreath form: Unfortunately, these are only sold in stores seasonally. So run out and get what you can today! If you are unable to find one, I have made some similar to the carrot form, minus the extra wire that we cut off.: www.shopcrooke.......

My granddaughter is getting married next April and my mom has recently passed. They were extremely close. She wants something in her wedding that is my mom. They both loved cardinals, so I bought a plaque that had a verse about not being alone with cardinals on it. Very pretty. I'm in the process of trying one. My first time working with netting. Too much fraying so I'm going to add feathers over mod podge in the frayed areas. Yours is so neat. Mine a hot mess.

I use the same tip on the wood burning tool as I use to cut it. It’s the one that is flat and angled.

Very pretty. I would prefer using deco mesh instead of this plastic due to the toxic off gassing when burning. Or use some type of cutting tool instead. They are beautiful though. Thank you for sharing.💗🌲
Thank you for watching! I do agree about the toxins to an extent. The toxins released when burning can be harmful. Unfortunately, if you just use a rotary cutter, the mesh, no matter what kind of mesh is used, will fray. That’s why I suggest using a mask when burning. I also use a fan to keep that smoke away!

Thank you! 😊 The plastic canvas measures 13” x 22”. I get mine at Joann Fabrics, but you can find it at Hobby Lobby and Michael’s in the yarn section. Make sure you use the 5 mesh!!!

Would you have a tutorial how to make the carrot forms just out of wire without using wood ?
If do not. I have also traced my one carrot wreath form onto an old cutting mat to use as a guide, but unless you have a carrot wreath form, that does you no good. Sorry.

I do have one carrot wreath form..
@@denisewarmack17 just trace that onto a cardboard box or something to use as a guide. It can be a bit odd trying to form it, but it works! I also spray paint with white Rustoleum paint to make sure the wire doesn’t rust.

Have you counted your petals on both sides for some reason one side looks smaller than the other on the position of front it's the right side that looks smaller. Maybe I'm not seeing it straight but it just seems to bother me for some reason.....it's beautiful anyway.
Yes, they have the same amount of petals. I think the greenery is a little uneven which makes the one wing look smaller.

How long is each wing, I made some wing forms from plastic coated wire clothes hanger.

I do not sell the petals. I only sell the carrot forms that I hand-made to be similar to the ones found in the Dollar Tree stores.

@carinagonzalez4511 right now, that’s the only size I make these ones. I have a video showing how to make one smaller, but it takes a lot more time and detail because the “feathers ” are also smaller.

I used 34 pieces on each side for this wreath.

Do you know anyone who has used a soldering gun instead of woodburner. Can you show how to cut mesh and have it in up square.
I have not seen anyone use a soldering gun. Those are very hot!
