@@Travelwithhughesey I think maybe harder than Lanberis. The terrain is a little more challenging in places. i'm 54 and not an athlete. 5 hours up and down. Weather wasn't great on the way up but some fantastic views.
yea done Snowden 5 times and always coming down is strain on your knees, we used to go to shell island for the night after and I remember once having to go piddle in the mid night and i couldn't stand outside of my tent because my knees were in agony.

@@arcticdemon7552 yep knees were a bit shaky about half way down. I hope to do Watkins path in spring, looks stunning.

Try using hilking sticks, helps take some starin off the knees on the desvent.
