The result seems amazing indeed, but why would someone want to build the entire keyboard?? (and probably pay a lot for it too) ? can't we just buy it assembled like any "regular" keyboard?
This looks and sounds really really good. Another great quality build by 3ildcat I absolutely love the sound of this keyboard, it's the sound profile that I look and am trying to achieve. So I would really really love to have a 1 hour version of this

Wow I love the design of this! Really dig the retro-futuristic vibe. Not a big fan of the 65% layout, I normally prefer a 75% board to keep access to the F keys but I like this so much I'm tempted to switch to 65%
Isn't the keyboard clicking loudly disturbing for you guys? I don't know why but i prefer silent keyboards, don't want to hear click clacks and disturb others as well while i type.
pity nobody makes a full size with number pads on both ends, my 3d work requires crossed arms or top row number use, cumbersome, had to get a separate pad, doesn't match my keyboard.

Really cool looking. But I do not have the patient to build one from scratch. I have the RK830. Works great. Sounds great. I probably paid $50 or so for it. But this is indeed a really nice keyboard.
