I absolutely LOVE the way these braids look on you. Giving me much-needed Summer vibes! 🔥
Thanks so so much Jenn. This is the video I needed to hear before i put my hair in a protective style.
Co-sign! The content is fire on IG 😍😍😍
I love this video! Very helpful! I'd love to see one, whenever the challenge is over of course, where you go over hair wrap styles and how to do them! I have a few but I still go for the casual, twisted low bun because I can't seem to do anything else lol.
I'm glad you talked about product waste. I try to find creative ways use my products that don't work or give them to friends and family.
I'm using these tips lately that you have been dropping on us how to care for our 4c hair before, during and after a protective style.
Guuuurrrrrlll this is so timely❤❤❤. I plan to do jumbo Bob box braids tomorrow by myself🤞. Thanks in advance Queen.👸
Thank you sis for the video❤This is definately a great watch. Its very important to take care of hair amd prep it before you plait.
Thank you so much for that! I did my own braids in 2020 (had not done it at the salon before) and just washed + conditioned since this is what so many RUclipsrs mention. When I took the braids off, my hair shed *for weeks* and I lost my edges 😭. Traumatic! Your video is one of the very few videos clearly explaining how to prep so THANK YOU!
I enjoy your videos and i have to start taking notes because your tips definitely help me all the time.
I used to blow dry my hair before braiding to stretch it. I just tried stretching my hair without heat for the first time a couple of days ago, and I was able to braid my hair as usual! I guess you really don't need heat to style your hair :)
Thanks for sharing! You really don't x
Not sure if you’ll see this but How did u stretch ur hair without the heat?
That’s my hair mom! again with the amazing content 🥰😌
This is so timely!! It's the content that I really needed today 😁
So glad! I hope you enjoyed it x
Thanks for the tips! Def goin use the one to spruce up sum of my conditioners instead of wasting it!
Awesome! Very useful information. Thank you Jenn❤
Wow thank you so much for sharing, am definitely putting these tips to use soon.
Nice video and tips Jenn! You look so beautiful. I love your make up
First, girrrl you killing it 🥰😍😍😍
Thanks sis!
Loved the video!!
What’s some good, organic hair care brands? LOVE ur video. Caught my attention and I watch all the way through. Currently at the DC stage, about to go wash out and moisture. I’m going to do passion twist tomorrow.
Thank you for this!! I love it🥰 do you do this process the night before or before you protect style?
Ok, this CONSISTENCY😍
Some growth sounds like a plan🤗 heat is the devil absolutely... moisture is key 💗💗💗 thank you sis for the tips they are the bomb 🔥🔥
You are just amazing sis.
I love you Jenn 💜
These are all great tips sis! Especially working with malleable hair!
Definitely!!
Gentle is word, thank you

Thank you for this video
Its amazing... got my tgin mask!!!! And the butter.... not happy with the butter.. its kinda heavy for my hair i think... but im ok with it... for now... think it will leave my hair realy moisturized... so ok...
Not first but herrree💃🏻💃🏻
and that's what matters x
Should you do box braids like when your hair is wet like just after you wash your hair
Because for me I would deep condition
Then wash that out then shampoo then wash then conditioner then wash and then go and comb out my hair then add conditioner and oil then blow dry and then braid
What should I change
Thank you
Your make up is bomb
Hey girl do you have a video on how to keep it moisturised whilst it’s in braids? If not could you please drop a video on this
In one of her videos she said you can get a spray bottle, fill the bottle with water, your favourite oils and leave-in/moisturizer and then shake the mixture up, then spray it to your hair whenever it’s dry. Just make sure the mixture is watery and runny so it’s easy to apply to your hair from the spray bottle . If this doesn’t help, just binge Jenn J’s videos on braids. I’m sure you’ll find the tip somewhere. Hope this helped💕
@@welikelethabo yesss thank you so much this is super helpful :)
@@marienana9921 you’re welcome💕

@@phelisaodwa5185 you're welcome
How can I cut my ends without using a blow dryer and straightener?
I have a whole video on trimming your natural using no heat. ruclips.net/video/u8ygokpe6gM/видео.html
My hair grows but its at uneven lengths right now even if I cut it off bald it grows unevenly. Does anyone else experience this and if so how do you guys deal with this?
I'm the same. My hair grows at the front and back, but the crown and sides are noticeably so much shorter and coarser. Since the start of the pandemic with working from home, I haven't really been doing anything with my hair apart from washing it and moisturizing it weekly.
No idea what the solution may be to help it grow evenly unfortunately
Have you tried washing your hair less??? I stopped washing my hair every week and noticed a difference with breakage.
My sides do grow at a slower rate though
@@hopeytopey408 I was actually thinking about that after I wrote the message. What would you recommend, every other week maybe? The only thing is, I exercise daily so that was my main reason for weekly washes 😕
Try lighter products ?? The products may be a little to heavy for your hair. I also have tried just water rinsing on a daily basis, that has increased my sebum distribution which helped keep my hair moisturized.
You should check out alopeciafreewithjess here on RUclips she has a couple videos about water rinsing.
I just saw your hair out didn’t see the arrow and I was like I know Jenn ain’t take her hair out lol
LMAO! Nah I'm still braided up... impatiently waiting to take them out and play in that 4c goodnesssss!
is glycerin good for 4c hair??
Yes
Do you experience a lot of breakage? I do and my hair looks like yours. I’ve been following all these steps. Not sure what to do at this point.
Is it shedding or breakage? Shedding has a little bulb at the roots x
@@JennJackson breakage for sure.
Try protein treatment prior to putting in braids
Hi, JOHN 3:16 “For God so loved the world, he gave his one and only begotten Son, so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” God loves you all so so much! Please repent! ❤️❤️
