I feel you bro. I have a back log of like 3 years worth of manga to read. This next year I’m not buying anything. Actually, my manga collection, give or take is about your size. Anyways, you have a great collection and I really enjoyed this video!!
Dude your set up is so clean and organized for how much you have. I have more to watch but completely agree with you on urasawa connecting points later in the manga and making you think back earlier volumes of the series
Absolutely that’s what really draws me to his work, I appreciate it, I’m pretty happy with the set up right now especially with the space I have to work with.
Welcome To The N-H-K is one of My Favourite Series 😁 I heard that the Anime, Light Novels & Manga are all very different from each other, I own Vols. 1, 7 & 8 of the Manga & I got them for £3 each which is pretty crazy but unfortunately the other 5 are extremely difficult to come across 😭 Also I'm not the type of person who usually spends a ridiculous amount of money for a single volume except on one occasion where I purchased SGT FROG Vol. 21 (Final volume released in English, Also My No. 1 Favourite Manga of all time!) for £40 which so far the most I've spent in a single volume Both are published by TokyoPop & any Series published by that is usually rare in some way
New collection tour let's goooooo. Don't worry about the audio man it's still great. Having all these books covering the walls probably helps a lot with reducing the echo 🤣🤣
I had EXACTLY the same experience with 20th Century Boys. I knew nothing about it and the art style drew me in after growing up with DBZ. So, to me at least, 20th Century Boys is the best story I've ever read.
I love that this is like an hour long special! I started it the day it came out and now I'm finishing watching it XD Although I disagree with some of your takes I enjoy your content so god damn much dude. This is lovely!

March comes in like a lion has 2 volumes out and they release hella slowly. They have two covers for volume 2 the normal one and one that kentaro miura made for the magazine since they were both in the same magazine. 17 volumes in total with about 2-3 volumes a year coming out so I hope it gets faster but who knows…
Thank You! I’m about to go online and grab it, that’s a bummer about the release schedule but I’m glad it’s nothing like the first volume sales underperformed and they halted publication of it.
I feel you on the Welcome to the NHK, I really wish I could own it too. I feel the same on other collections too like gaming, sometimes I get big FOMO like with Limited Run and shit.
There's Manga I got back in 2014 like Blue Exorcist & Nisekoi that I still haven't finished collecting or reading & SGT FROG which is the Series that started my collection I think I first read that around 2007/08 I've got Vols. 1-19 & 21 I've pretty much read 1-19 multiple times but Vol. 21 I'm only halfway through because I still need Vol. 20 & it's pretty difficult to find especially in UK...The Series continued in Japan but 21 Vols is as far as it got in English
Reading Claymore as I am watching this. I started with Berserk and wanted something similar and I saw people recommend Claymore. Finally got past where the anime stopped. On volume 23
ya man at 35:00 crazy food truck ending was baffling, him getting together with an underage girl, i'm like what the fuck, i was actually enjoying it, the ending soured the entire manga for me
Time is complicated indeed, too much to do, so little time, what I started doing when I saw that I was buying more than I was able to read, I stopped buying a lot, and If I do not like the first 4 volumes then I do not buy anymore and donate it to a friend or a public library. It really helps at the end of the day, also, I have a ""no Isekai"" rule, it saves me a ton of money and time that I spend on western comics 😅
Absolutely agree! I have definitely had that style of thought especially this year collecting and it has been not only good for the wallet but picking up series and finding great ones that have just been sitting on the shelf for a looonnnggg time
It has been great for me, there have been a few, it doesn’t have images for but other than that, it’s great to be able to search what volumes you have for what series in your collection
I don’t understand people being so hard on themselves for not reading some of the mangas they buy right away. If the mood isn’t right, some series don’t hit right. I owned One Piece for 3 years before I finally read it, and I think waiting to get in the mood was the right thing to do for me.
You're right about this, I recently started really trying to read my collection to catch up to how much im buying, but series that I should have enjoyed(Ayashimon, Gleipnir, and Deathnote) I didn't enjoy as much, I think primarily cause I was forcing myself to read them.
I think it is because buying is easy while reading takes time. You can easily fall in the trap of just buying manga without having the time to read them. I force myself personally to finish a serie before buying another. Otherwise, if everything new coming out, I would just buy all the time
Oh 1 quick thing, don't put the Bleach and other box sets in front of that window or the boxes will bleach out.
Yea
yeah if they come in contact with sunlight, they gets yellow
bleach out I see what u did there lol
@@otakugirl2605 Long time no bleach
I see what you did there, good one
Collection is looking crisssssp bro.
Appreciate it man!
Bro - over the last year I've seen you descend into Manga madness and I love it. I loss my job so my finances won't let me follow. LOL
Dang, Sorry to hear that, sending you positivity that everything works out and you find something that was 100x better than what you had
I love your vibes, keep up the great content!

As someone currently in the middle of watching "Welcome to the NHK" I myself really want to pick up the manga, but these OOP prices are bonkers

Nice collection, your videos are so good! That was cute when your cat interrupted the video, what a adorable kitty 😁
So many Manga I want to read. Thank u for all these recommendations! :D
What an insane collection😮🎉🔥
Watched the whole video. Thanks!

Very nice collection. It's okay you haven't read all of it. Most of us out here collecting haven't read our whole collection yet either.
ngl when he said the audio might be bad it was actually pretty good 👍

Yeah there is a volume 2 for 'March Comes in Like a Lion' now. Denpa is just very slow at publishing anything so expect to get 1-2 volumes per year.
I also use bookshelf app to keep track of what i've read and also to always knows what's the last volume I've bought.

Great collection, even gave me a few things to check out.
What about Light Novel's, Do you Read/Collect those? Mushoku Tensei, Overlord, Etc..
Honestly I haven’t gotten into Light Novels, I have thought about checking a few out in the future
Great video man! All that B role had to be a ton of work!
Is Welcome to the NHK OOP now? I would gladly sell mine. Not a huge fan of the series.
I’m not sure if it’s OOP, I believe so, but I haven’t looked into in a little bit of time
Reading Claymore as I am watching this. I started with Berserk and wanted something similar and I saw people recommend Claymore. Finally got past where the anime stopped. On volume 23

that cat interruption was very important
What app to you keep track of your books with
It's called Bookshelf-Your Virtual Library , it's pretty solid for a free to use app
40:00 yes there's a 2nd volume
17 volumes are out
Hb u try concentrating on one manga and finishing it instead of hopping between series
Hirayasumi is fantastic!
supposedly 17 volumes of march comes in like a lion
What is the app you use in the beginning?
It’s called Bookshelf-your virtual library
@@DanielPeppers thanks alot!
where do you get those metal wall shelves at the 52:30 mark in the video or did you make it yourself??
I got them off of Amazon they are called “ Wallniture Bali Black U Shape Floating Shelves “
@@DanielPeppers TY! I've been looking for that kind of wall shelf for the past year or so.
Love the video man. How are you liking attack on Titian? You should do a review of love to see one
About halfway, volume 15, really liking it, some of these panels…I REALLY want to check out in Anime form, might have to start the Anime pretty soon
@@DanielPeppers the anime is amazing I have watched and read it and the anime holds up

It has been great for me, there have been a few, it doesn’t have images for but other than that, it’s great to be able to search what volumes you have for what series in your collection
Bro's got a Barnes in Noble in his crib
My rose tinted glasses are in reverse for Monster and 20th century boys, but I still love ya. 😝
I Appreciate it 😂 I wonder if I would’ve read Monster first if that would have flipped my opinion or feeling for those two series
@@DanielPeppers that’s a really great point. 🤔
Need a video of just the manga thats "Not For Children" - Daniel Peppers 😆
What do you mean you did not like Akira the movie😢😢.It is soooo good.
Amen to 20th Century Boys!
No slam dunk?
W collection
You don't like the Akira anime? How is that even possible.
13:54 noooo don’t say it’s trash 😢
Mappa has nothing to do with One Punch Man.
Yeah that’s on me, for some reason I still thought they were involved in Season 3
I don’t understand people being so hard on themselves for not reading some of the mangas they buy right away. If the mood isn’t right, some series don’t hit right. I owned One Piece for 3 years before I finally read it, and I think waiting to get in the mood was the right thing to do for me.

Thats a fairly average sized collection. Especially considering its mostly shounen.
u know about blame?
I have heard the name and seen the covers but don’t know too much about the series
Shaman king anime was actually terrible sadly. Mediocre animation and they adapted 35 volumes in only 52 episodes. Manga is goated though!
Dont listen to those people that says demon slayer manga is crap
It legit a really good manga worth your time as someone that read it before the anime
This overconsumption of manga is kinda disgusting. Might as well spit on your collection.
your out of control not your collection
bro has read like 10% of his collection. wtf
