About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma RUclips channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. On this channel you can catch us doing travel and adventure vlogs, challenges, our inclusion series, couple first times, music, and so much more! We started this vlog to bring people into our lives, to answer some questions about how we navigate the world, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. Try meditation i healed PTSD and got emotional balance and healrhy mental paterns with s specific meditation called kirtan kriya from kundalini yoga tecnique if u want to try i help you
Not sure if you believe in God but I hope He heals you from depression and trauma. He helped me dealt with a lot childhood trauma and growing up in the hood trauma triggers

Our dogs will lay on the hot cement here in AZ while it's up to 117. Thank goodness we have a pool to cool down in. Our sheepadoodle puppy loves the pool. Your dog is so cute. 🐶

Cole, good PT opening the awning. From 1 pet owner to another, friendly advice, I have a sun worshipper dog that sometimes actually will stay out in the sun to long and I actually have to bring her inside to keep her from overheating. I am near Housto TX and at 6pm it is 101.

I have 2 black dogs and 1 red one. The 2 LOVE to sunbathe and my 1 begs to come inside 😂 They all live indoors except to play and potty. We're in AZ where we've been hitting record highs 🥲

The awning as is, is not upper torso handicapped friendly, glad your getting a motor put in for it. The holes in the awning are from the stitching that has disintegrated over the years due to the extreme heat, it can probably be restitched.
Plant sunflowers in your yard. When they die you can toast the heads only in the oven for sunflower seeds and fresh
Your backyard is a beautiful oasis.

Put cut flowers in 7up or the store brands and the cut flowers will last days not hours. I was in the hospital and my girl gave me roses from her garden. A week plus the roses was still pretty. I left them for the next person or for the nurses. I only had a can of mtn dew so i put the roses in that. My neighbor gave me flowers valentine day. He couldn't believe 2 weeks later they were still pretty. Do not use water only the soft drink. You will be surprised
