Later on you talk about how we behave like subjects when we should behave like citizens. You then tell us how citizens take responsibility... Citizens should take responsibility for feeding their families, not government. Why should government feed Mikalile? He can feed his family. Same for Mathani, O'Donnell and Kavindele, to mention but a few. Government only steps in to help the vulnerable. Your criticism is therefore laced with malice.

Appointing Chipenzi or Mitti, what does the law say? Sangwa's rant should be about mending loopholes in the Constitution to make sure the procedure and who is appointed is credible and in fulfilment of the law. Is it UPND that has brought the procedures of appointing constitutional officers?. Sangwa Should attack strictly on the point of law not how the appointing ought to have been done.
