There really isn't an overall "best" program, or even one that is "better" than another. However, there may be a program that is better for YOU. I'd recommend chatting with one of our consultants to discuss your background and goals and they can recommend a program for you from there: www.mbamission.com/consult/
If one has started a business and is running it successfully in one's country (and applying to get the international exposure that would help go global) would it improve one's chances of getting admitted?
Work experience is a significant component of an MBA program’s evaluation of its applicants. No matter what the company or role is, if you can demonstrate leadership and impact, then that will be viewed favorably in the eyes of an admissions committee. Therefore, if you have started your own successful business, that will certainly help your chances of admission. Additionally, it will be important to explain to the schools why you need an MBA, and if you can articulate how gaining international exposure - or anything else you will learn during the program - will help grow your business, then that will also be viewed favorably.
Both HBS and GSB are close to equal in terms of international recognition, so consider other factors as well when evaluating these two programs. Hi
How many students are there in a typical HBS MBA class?
The HBS Class of 2024 had an enrollment of 1,015 students.
Hi,
Thank you!
Just to clarify, I wanted to know how many students each physical class usually has in a given section.
Each section has about 90 students!
