- Join me in the southern-most capital city of Australia, Hobart! This beautiful seaside town offers an abundance of both natural and manmade attractions. Mt Wellington is a definite highlight, standing tall and looming over the city below. A trip to the summit is an easy way to enjoy spectacular views of both the city and Tasmania beyond.
There is food aplenty in Hobart. From delicious fresh seafood prepared any way you like it, to amazing artisan chocolates from Federation Chocolate, to tasty sweets and baked items.
