I believe, the protective cardboard are so that the made to move knee does not leave a mark on the pants, in time. Lavender pants is not gonna stain a very dark colored plastic.

I got the redhead ( my favorite), & blonde...and I wanted to spread out the spending. So, now I have black girl on the way & short hair in my cart. Love them so much ! All these are good waves & I hope they keep coming 🙏

My fav is the redhead but I don’t think I’ll get her this time because of her serious expression, I’m more into cute girls, I love her but I know I won’t give her the love she deserves 😢 I also like the blonde of this line too ❤ the whole color scheme of this line is so cute!

Lina ALWAYS got them different shade in the arms. The first wave brunette Lina also having this different shade problem 🤦🏻♀️
I’d love to say they normalize using white as standard color for their stand is *chef kiss*. The black one just looking cheap for some reasons.

I have Looks #24 and I washed her hair and her bangs still look good and they stay flat. My secret is gently washing the hair without rubbing it and making her wear a hat to flatten one annoying strand that didn't lay down with the rest. The bangs look great now!

I love 21s clothes! Ken 25 is my favorite in this line. Good pastel line. Hopefully they release more Ken bodies. The community has been talking.

These newly designed dolls are lovely and the colors are very appealing yet I know the makeover is going to be super! I too like lighter hues of color but there could be more variety of colors used such as yellow, aqua, mint, cantaloupe or even taupe in metallic is nice too.

This is such a beautiful wave. I plan to add at least Ken to my collection. And I agree with you about the petite Barbie--she instantly reminded me of a Posh Spice doll I had as a kid, haha. Looking forward to the makeovers in part two!

I brought Heidi, Andra and Lina and didn’t even notice the differences in their arm color but I’m going to check. They are my favs and I brought Victoria but returned her because i thought her head looked to big on her body. Can’t wait to see their makeovers.

Great video! I think the dolls overall are the cutest since Wave 1 (especially Lina, Braids, and Andra aka Daphne). I'm still annoyed that handsome Buff Ken is the same skin tone as the only other AA Looks Ken (Wave 1 Jon) -- it limits our rebodying options. Can't wait to see what you do to that mushroom on top of his head...😏😄

It is a good solid line this time. I think Simone may be my favorite curvy girl ever. Of course my favorite is the red head :) I have not ordered them as of yet, but hope to soon if it's not too late!

I love this series. My favorite is the redhead, she has the best outfit and I love red hair. The petit girl actually surprised me the most because she has such a pretty face and make-up. I wished there were bit more variation on the colors, and maybe more pastels like a mint green, a peach and a ice blue. Outfits are bit simple but that's fine, just prefer the ones that have separate pieces so you have more mix and match options. All and all I think this is a good wave for Barbie Looks.
I ordered Victoria to start bc I need more petite girlies in my collection, plus she just captured my heart 🩷 eventually plan to have one of each 😊

I think the redhead is my favorite. And second is the dark brunette. Then the blonde. I think the petite is darling but I'm not sure how I feel about the short hair. And the curvy has a gorgeous face but I do not like the bangs. Froggy gave ken a haircut and facial hair and he looked amazing (his hair as it is is pretty bad). I got the redhead and dark brunette but I haven't taken them out of their boxes yet. I'm looking forward to seeing your restyled of these dolls! ❤
Even though she has a defect the blonde Lina and Heide in the pink are my favs! 🩷 I actually rebodied the petite and she looks WAY cooler on an original MTM, Have to finish the edit and you’ll see 😉🩷
i was so excited 4 the boy doll this wave bc theyre often the best. i was even more excited when i heard how he'd look from the rumors. but i was dissapointed when i saw him bc i didnt like his face & i thought the hair looked like a teenage boys'. along with other things id do, I wish theyd give him facial hair. thats just my opinion & im very happy if whoever reads this loves him.
my favourite from this wave is the curvy girl instead. everything about her is gorgeous.

Myfroggystuff cut #25's hair and gave him facial hair. Now he looks fabulous!
I think Simone looks like Nikki Minaj. The box dye hair color for her is called honey brown. I definitely purchased her.
My pet peeve was that the knees are a different shade on several of the dolls. My sister says human knees are also a different shade… I still don’t like it.

The redhead reminds me of Daphne from Scooby Doo. I love her outfit the most.

Thank you for another great video, can’t wait to see part two. I love your restyles, they are always so cute 🥰 I’ve ordered three of the dolls for now, Andra, Simone and Lina. I can’t wait for them to arrive🎉 Mattel Creations have said they are shipped but the Tracking ID they gave me does not work so I’m worried they are lost in post. Im in the U.K. I too ordered on the 14th of April in the members only time. When I send anything to the USA from here in the U.K. by Royal Mail/USPS it only takes 7-8 days. I would be happy to pay more for shipping if Mattel would use a faster and more reliable postal service. Sorry for moaning but I really want these dolls to be delivered 😢🤞🏻📦📮📮📫
I would say this has been the best line for the Looks dolls. Also love the fashion this time, and thank you for referencing the 90s Versace. Can't wait for them to go to thr salon for restyling!

I've been waiting for these for forever it feels like!! I bought the blonde Lina and the redhead Andra and the redhead is my fave for sure! I absolutely can't stand when the heels bend like those cute pink boots, that's disappointing. I've seen Simone rebodied on a regular MTM body and she looks much better in my opinion, it seems to suit her head/face more. I just hate her bangs, I wish Mattel could do like a longer side-swept style of bangs instead of always that straight across fringe. Might grab her when she goes on sale. I am super looking forward to your makeovers on these beauties :)

I love this line. I had to restyle Ken's hair first thing, the mop top was not the vibe for me. Luckily my Lina and Victoria's limbs are consistent in color. I'm surprised how much I like Lina and Simone IRL, they didn't seem that impressive to me until I had them in hand. Victoria is my least favorite of this group, sadly. But I still think she's very cute, and her hair restyled nicely.

Victoria's head was originally made for a tall body, the Victoria face mold is a little large head, it definitely DOES NOT fit the short/petite body, because it ends up looking big-headed, balloon-headed 🤷🏻♂️...it needs to AT LEAST be on the standard body

Hot take: I don’t like any of the Looks girls. The outfits and hairstyles are too basic and I’m not a fan of the made to move bodies with the joints everywhere. However, I LOVE the Looks Kens! Yeah their outfits are also pretty basic, but it makes more sense on a Ken doll and it’s much easier to swap out another tshirt and pair of pants than restyling a whole new look for Barbie. But what I really love is the successful rooted hair!!! Seriously if the Fashionista Kens had rooted hair like these I’d be over the moon! I’m definitely gonna get this Ken, for sure. That hair just needs to be picked out, but really I love the pants and shoes and the shirt isn’t awful.

Sweet! Did you get yours ordered with Mattel Creations??? I ordered mine on the 14th (Members' pre-order window)... and as of today when i called them re: a charge on my acct, they still haven't even processed my dolls at their warehouse yet! I have only Victoria right now.The other three I want are delayed in shipping. I did order the Ken and want to share something I viewed a few days ago. On the channel My Froggy Stuff, Toya cut his hair and used the clippings to give him a beard and lower the hairline on the sides of his head. I’m going to do that when my doll arrives. You might want to have a look…Guess what? I like seeing you as you review the dolls. How did you manage to get them? I'm checking Amazon uk and Germany and all I could get was Andra for more than double her price 😢 and I'm in Ireland 😭
Wow, I just unboxed my Curvy Looks doll from the last wave and her knees and elbows were darker. So annoying. She’s has such a bombshell pinup vibe and I wanted to take swimsuit pics of her. I may have another mtm body with her skin tone somewhere but I never thought I’d have to rebody a Looks doll. And why would Mattel have issue the white dolls? They’ve been making white dolls forever.😂

Just don't wash out Victoria's hair, it's a hot mess! I'm rerooting mine, and I have a second one to keep original.
I trimmed it until it looked good but was considering rerooting, the lopsided Karen was not cute and I needed to get it under control
@@jiggerblayneLopsided Karen LMAO 🤣. I just found an old picture of myself when I was 12 and I had a Karen haircut! It was originally a pixie cut that grew out, so yeah not flattering

I proberly gonne get the red head with her long boots, and the blond one with her blue dress, and buff Ken these three are my favorits and maybe i will get the the petit girl (she reminds me of someone) and the dark Barbie with her pink skirt and top. But i'm not really a fan of the curvy girl i'm not a fan of her face expression. I think your right i never notic these little colour difference on the arms of these Looks dolls, i hope it's not gone be a new trent with these made to move body's.
